Cycle Training in Hounslow
We’re now able to offer fortnightly cycle training sessions in Lampton Park in Hounslow, from Saturday the 7th of January all the way through to September the 30th, 2017. There will be three sessions on each of these Saturdays to cater to three levels of cyclist: it’s a 9.30am start for complete beginners, who finish at 11am when the Improvers/Off-Road Training group take over, and a 1pm start for those who’d like to try cycling on quiet local roads.
If you’d like to join one of these sessions, you can book via the link below, but you will need to live, work or study in the borough of Hounslow (otherwise, please have a look at the section at the bottom of this page for cycle training outside Hounslow, as we have fully-qualified trainers across London). And if you don’t happen to have a bike at the moment, that’s no problem as we can provide them for each session.

Women’s Cycle Club in Hounslow
Aimed at female cyclists who are already fairly confident cycling on the road, the Women’s Cycle Club aims to build skills and experience in riders who prefer to ride in a friendly, informal, relaxed group. The Club meets at Lampton Park, and then rides out into the surrounding area on two different days:
1) Fortnightly on Saturdays, for a session that begins at 10.30am and finishes at 12 noon (with time for a coffee stop in the middle).
2) Weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Booked-to-order Advanced Cycle Training in Hounslow
In addition to the fortnightly cycle training we offer in and around Lampton Park in Hounslow, we are now running a more flexible, bespoke adult training service with free sessions which are suitable for cyclists who are already competent and experienced, but would like to raise their skills to Level 3, the highest level of training available. Anyone who’d like to take advantage of these sessions needs to live, work or study in the borough of Hounslow and be over 18.
To give you an idea of what we usually cover in these sessions, Level 3 equips trainees with skills for more challenging roads and traffic situations – busier streets, queuing traffic, complex junctions and roundabouts. It also includes planning routes for safe cycling.
Individual lessons (one-to-one) can be booked in at a mutually convenient time between the trainee and instructor and can last up to 1.5 hours.
If there’s a pair of you who would like to have a lesson together, or if it’s more convenient that way for all involved, then the lesson can last up to 2 hours.
Groups of three are also bookable, with sessions lasting up to 2.5 hours (three people is the maximum for a lesson that incorporates this advanced, Level 3 riding).
